Important Announcement: Service/Repair Update

What’s New?
Effective August 15, 2017 Kanematsu USA will be updating its service offering for Sinfonia Photo.

In order to offer greater benefits to its users the following options have been added:

  • Increased service hours, 8 am EST to 8 pm EST
  • Multiple service locations
  • Online service portal to be able to access and track repair status
  • Increased phone support
  • New flat labor rate for out of warranty repairs.
