The Sony Snap Lab (UPCR10L) is a compact, portable, standalone digital photo system with robust editing
features right on the printer that lets users manipulate images and make high
quality prints in seconds without the need of a computer. Dye sublimation digital photo printer. printing. With the ability of printing Glossy and ProMatte all on the same Print Media!
The Sony Snap Lab can print directly from camera cards from all current
digital media types. The attached LCD screen allows the user to control color,
density, contrast. It can also adjust B&W and sepia effects, red-eye reduction
and custom graphics. This unit also does package, multi-up and index printing.
Printing a 3.5 x 5" takes approximately only 13 seconds, a 4 x 6" can be printed in approximately 16 seconds and a 5 x 7" can be printed in approximately 17 seconds. It also prints 4x8.

The SnapLab, with the help of 1-2 assistants, can be a valuable accessory to any event. So often, guests have to wait for months for the professional photographer's photos to be ready to order, and by that time, many have lost interest in the purchase. With the help of an assistant, the SnapLab can be utilized as a kiosk at the event. Guests can look through and select images on the 8" LCD display, purchase the photos, and take prints home with them from the event. Within the SnapLab, there are also options to add event names, additional text, borders, and more - and all within the system - no additional computer or printer needed. The SnapLab grabs images directly from a memory card.
The Sony Snap Lab can be used as a stand alone printing station or
connected to a computer. Computer requirements are Windows 2000
Professional/XP Professional/XP Home Edition or Macintosh OS 10.3 and a USB
2.0 connection.

An exciting new Wireless Snapay product is available for use with Sony SnapLab.This remote control unit helps cashiers wirelessly and conveniently control the kiosks from a remote location up to 328 feet away - - - while still maintaining customer privacy. When your customer selects the photos they want printed, the dollar summary total is displayed on the Snapay’s LCD screen. The customer is then instructed to pay the cashier. Once payment is received, the cashier can release the print job to the appropriate kiosk. Snapay displays print quantity, print size and total order cost!
