Effective August 15, 2017 Kanematsu USA will be updating its service offering for Sinfonia Photo.
In order to offer greater benefits to its users the following options have been added:
- Increased service hours, 8 am EST to 8 pm EST
- Multiple service locations
- Online service portal to be able to access and track repair status
- Increased phone support
- New flat labor rate for out of warranty repairs.
