So how does this work?
If a DNP printer is beyond its limited warranty period and not covered by an Advance Exchange or Extended Service programs, DNP’s service facility will be pleased to repair it on a flat fee basis.
Flat fee pricing includes parts and labor to repair the printer. It does not include return ground shipping to end users in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.
There are three (3) levels of flat fee repairs, all levels carry a 90-day guarantee, and DNP IAM reserves the right to change or cancel these programs at any time without notice.

What to Do!
- To arrange for Flat Fee service, please call DNP Technical Support at 1-888-749-3587. Support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
- An RMA will be generated and given to you.
- You will returns the printer to DNP’s repair facility. (Customer pays freight)
- Printer will be diagnosed. Repair level cost, completion target date, and return freight (ground or expedited) costs will be communicated to customer. (Customer pays freight)
Your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) will be charged the approved amount.
