DNP Flat Fee Printer Repair Service Program

An updated Flat Fee Repair Program in now available for the most popular stand-alone DNP photo printers!

If your DNP printer is beyond its limited warranty period and not covered by an Advance Exchange or Extended Service program, DNP’s service facility will be pleased to repair it on a flat fee basis. Flat fee pricing includes parts and labor to repair the printer. According to this updated Repair program, there are three (3) levels of flat fee repairs, all levels carry a 90-day guarantee*

Flat fee pricing includes parts and labor to repair the Printer. It does not include ground shipping, applicable sales tax or international duties to return the Printer to end users in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada.

Level I
FF1 | General tune-up | No repair problem found

Level II
FF2 | Repair | No thermal print head replacement

Level III
FF3 | Repair | Yes, thermal print head replacement

What to Do!
1. To arrange for Flat Fee service, please call DNP Technical Support at 1-888-749-3587.

Support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

2. An RMA will be generated and the RMA number given to you.

3. You will return the printer to DNP’s repair facility. You the customer pay freight.

4. Printer will be diagnosed. Repair level cost, completion target date, and customer paid return freight (ground or expedited) costs will be communicated to customer.

5. Your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and/or American Express) will be charged the approved amount.


Thermal Print Head Limitation and Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by Customer of this Printer as evidenced by a sales invoice or proof-of-purchase. This limited warranty is applicable to Customers who purchase and use the Printer in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.
