Product Information:

More capacity, more speed, low print cost and a single paper for both matte and glossy prints come to us in the new Sony UP-DR200. It prints in four sizes (3.5x5, 4x6, 5x7 and 6x8) in a hurry, knocking out 4x6 prints at a rate of 450 per hour. That''s clipping along at a print every 8 seconds, or a 5x7 in about 10.5 seconds. The workhorse also holds 30 percent more prints on a roll, i.e. 700 prints per roll at 4x6. It replaces the UP-DR150. For events or commercial applications, this one would be hard to beat.

Also attractive for both retail and professional application is Sony’s patented ProMatte™ finish, which offers the look and feel of traditional silver halide matte photos. This sophisticated matte offers a fine raster finish and a non-glare, fingerprint resistant surface.

Features:

  • Delivers superb print quality that displays crisp and vibrant colors from natural continuous tones at a minimal cost per print.

  • Offers two surface finishes ProMatte and glossy using the same media print pack. The different finishes are produced by the printer¹s unique lamination technology, eliminating the need to change the paper or the ink ribbon to change the finish.

  • Prints four different paper sizes: 3.5x5", 4x6", 5x7" and 6x8".

  • Very fast. Prints 4"x6" in about 8 seconds, 5"x7" prints in about 12.5 seconds and a 6"x8² in about 14.5* second

  • 30% greater media capacity. A roll of 4x6 holds 700 prints; 5x7 rolls hold 400 prints; and 6x8 rolls, 350 prints.

Easy handling

Paper roll and ink ribbon handling are easier than ever before. Simply open the front door and insert the roll of paper and the ribbon. The printing surface is on the inside of the paper roll, helping to prevent fingerprints during the insertion and eliminate curling of the roll and wasted feed.

  • Dust remover roller in printer

  • Power switch on the back
