If an Anytime Support Plan has been purchased for a software application, it must be purchased when additional copies of the application are acquired.
All Anytime Support Plans run for a period of 12 months, with the anniversary date being on the first day of the month following your software purchase.
If an Anytime Support Plan is not purchased within 15 days following software registration, or it is not renewed on the 15th day following the anniversary date, the Anytime Support Plan will become inactive and will result in an interruption of service.
